This training is centred on contemporary technique; prioritising floorwork, improvisation, and diverse, challenging movement combinations. It focuses on gravity, body textures, movement chains, spatial relationships, organic movement, asymmetry versus symmetry, opposing forces, groove, and precise execution of technique. The overarching goal is to apply principles of correct movement in order to explore the fullest range of motion and efficiency while safeguarding the body.
